This is a guide, not a guarantee
Everything here is published in good faith and researched from primary sources, but a travel site is a snapshot. Toronto restaurants close with no notice, attractions change their pricing every spring, the TTC diverts streetcars for construction, and festivals move dates. Check opening hours, prices, closures and booking requirements with the operator before you travel or spend money on the strength of something you read here.
Nothing on this site is professional advice. That includes anything touching on immigration and entry requirements, insurance, health, or the law. Weather, ice conditions on the lake, trail conditions in the ravines and traffic on the Gardiner are all beyond anyone’s control, including ours — decisions about your own safety are yours to make.
Bookings are between you and the operator
We do not sell, book, broker or resell accommodation, tours, transport, tickets or restaurant reservations, and we are not an agent for any business named on this site. Any transaction you enter into is with that business under its own terms, and any dispute is between you and them.

Guides link out to operators, transit agencies and public bodies. Those links are provided because they are useful, not as an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of anything on the other end of them.

The text, photographs and layout of this site are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own trip planning, and to quote a short passage with a link back. Republishing whole guides, scraping the site, or using its content to train a commercial model without permission is not permitted. If you want to reproduce something more substantial, ask through the contact form; we usually say yes.
What you send us
If you send a correction, a tip or a suggestion through the contact form, you are giving us permission to act on it and to use the information in a guide without attribution or payment, unless you tell us otherwise. Please do not send anything confidential.

The site is maintained by one publisher, not a data centre. It may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we do not promise uninterrupted access.
