Everything below reaches the same inbox. The form is the fastest route; messages are read by a person, not routed through a ticketing system, and most get a reply within a few days.
Corrections to a guide
The most useful message you can send. Toronto changes faster than a travel site does: restaurants close over the winter, the TTC diverts streetcars for construction that lasts two years, and attraction pricing moves every spring. If something on this site is wrong, tell us which page and what you saw instead — a date and a photo of a posted sign is ideal, but a sentence is plenty.
A place we have missed
Suggestions are welcome, particularly from people who live here. We are more interested in the bakery on a Scarborough plaza or the trail entrance nobody signposts than in another write-up of the CN Tower. Please say what the place is, roughly where, and why it is worth the trip; a suggestion is not a guarantee of coverage, and no payment or consideration of any kind will get a place added.
Operators, tourism boards and press
Attractions, restaurants and tour operators are welcome to send corrections, updated pricing, or notice of a closure or seasonal change, and those are acted on quickly. Requests for paid placement, sponsored posts, link insertions or paid reviews are declined without exception, and unsolicited pitches of that kind are not replied to.
What this site cannot do
- We cannot book hotels, restaurants, tours or transport, and we are not an agency — book directly with the operator.
- We cannot build a personal itinerary for your dates. The seasonal and neighbourhood guides are written to let you build your own.
- We cannot help with lost property, refunds, or complaints about a business. For anything TTC-related, contact the TTC directly; for consumer complaints in Ontario, the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery is the right route.
- We cannot answer visa, entry or eTA questions. Those come from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and only from there.
